A great selection of food for a continental breakfast. Terrific service provided.

Very convenient access to train station. My breakfast was included with the room and the food was tasty and in a simple but pleasant dining area. The bathroom was extremely clean. Hotel front desk staff upon arrival was very nice. I did not care for the evening receptionist.
The room was a little dreary and the bed cover was stained so didn't feel clean. I did not feel as if the room was tastefully designed. It was also very dark, but for the little window. At night, guests would allow the doors to close with a slam. It was impossible to sleep without these disruptions. Would prefer if the doors had some kind of a softer close.

Fine for a simple overnight stay close to the rail station, bathroom was small but very clean.
Room was small for the price, though this would appear to be the norm in Paris. View into internal courtyard particularly uninspiring, but it soon got dark.

Hot water in the shower. The lift was notworking, we were on the 5th floor in a garret room at Euros 150 per night
The reception was dirty, the concierge ok, the lift was not working, we were on the 5th floor in a garret room at Euros 150 per night, the carpet was filthy, the stairs dimly lit and the street dirty and dark. The area around the hotel is not a nice area, full of tramps and rough sleepers.

Justine the morning receptionist who was very helpful
The lift was not working, I had phoned ahead say I would be late and to order some food, when I got there they told me they did not do food apart from a breakfast!

Loved our new-fashioned and fully functional rooms in this hotel.
no complaints whatsoever, the venue met requirements, totally recommend it. generally, the place was peaceful and had very welcoming and pleasant staff at the reception desk. besides, the location was particularly good and easy for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a famous cathedral.

fantastic central spot for discovering parks and major sights
I really liked this hotel! The metro station Gare de Lyon is just a few steps away, and I was also delighted to find that the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens were less than a 25-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing stroll in Paris.

The room was tiny, but was comfortably furnished. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise--large and airy. Location was convenient, but I would have had a problem finding the hotel at night as the street was very difficult to find on the maps. The staff were very cheerful and helpful.

The location was pretty good, being quite near to Gare de Lyon, as well as the nice bridge Jardin des Plantes, and around a 20 minute walk from Notre Dam. The little cafe at the beginning of the road was really nice as well, offering a much cheaper petite dejeuner (for 5.70) than the hotel's (6.00), and the lady there was very friendly and helpful, even if she spoke a few English.
No hot water available to bathe, the floor's carpet was dirty, towels and bathroom were dirty as well. Room was too dark, and the room being on the ground floor, was really noisy outside, and smelled really bad as well. Wireless internet does not work if using a mobile device, and we had to actually queue in order to use the sole computer available in the main entrance.. Generally, we expected much more from the hotel, and we thought that it did not worth the money we spent for it. We simply stayed there because we had no other choice.

I did not think it was good value for money since it isn't really in a central location (it took 25-30 mins on metro to get to Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysee etc.), the walls seemed a bit thin (I was woken up in the middle of the night by someone snoring in an adjacent room), and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. There are better hotels in Paris for less.

The front desk staff were really good, always polite and ready to assist. Although the location was conveniently close to the transport hub, the hotel itself felt outdated. The carpets need replacement and overall decor updates are overdue. My room was quite dark due to inadequate lighting, and there was no internal lock. The bathroom was modern and clean, but showering resulted in a wet floor.

It's a very good option if you want to visit Paris. Rooms are not too big but enough. It's clean, TV is fine (25 French and 4 English channels), free WiFi is working (get a passoword at the reception) and about 400 meters to Metro station.

Location - best suited for my business meeting and airport transportation. Friendly reception staff.
Although there is space in the closet, they do not have a personal safe in the room - a big negative for a central hotel in a big city.I Stayed four nights and they did not change the sheets. They did not refill the shampoo and shower gel.

Free internet service
It was a terrible experience. We arrived at night, and the people at front desk spoke very little English. Somehow we managed to get a room, went up to find out that it is very small (absolutely no way to add a rollaway bed, even though the reservation clearly required it)) and on top of that has an absolutely terrible stench, like someone was throwing up there for a week, it was beyond gross. After some more negotiations another room was found, for three people, where we spent the first night. This room was OK. Next morning we were about to leave for a city tour, but were requested to vacate the three person room - a larger two person foom was available, where a bed could be added. It was a waste of time.
